Pretty soon they will sue everyone for even listening to a song, since it is clear that you are both hearing the broadcast and reproducing that broadcast in your head.

University Presses drop lawsuit against government on authors from "enemy nations"
The news on how we treat people from "enemy nations" is getting better and better. The less government restriction on information and creativity with those countries, the better, IMO.

Proud of themselves, I suspect
RIAA "wins" 222K suit.
Unbelievable. The need for a change in the law couldn't be more clear. Since the law is being twisted around, our representatives need to make it more clear.
